Utopian City

Living in Moscow, where it can take hours and hours to travel a very short distance by car, I've been wondering about alternatives. There has to be a better solution to urban mobility. The answer has to be something which leverages mass transit systems such as subways and buses by augmenting them with a more flexible, personal mobility solution.
